Having Spent the greatest part of fifteen years abroad, and home based in Australia, Lawrence Evening has traveled throughout the world performing in arenas such as Hong Kong, Panama, Singapore and Sydney, Australia, where he was a member of "La Boheme," at the Sydney Opera House.

In 2001 he returned to the United States and starred, in Las Vegas' Legends In Concert, as Sammy Davis Jr. until 2003.

2003 brought Lawrence to Chicago land area, where he has delighted audiences in some of the finest supper clubs and entertainment venues.

However, his talents are not limited to just impersonating Sammy Davis Jr.. As an accomplished singer and impressionist, audiences have marveled at his ability to sing in the style of Nat King Cole, Billy Ekstien, Johnny Mathis and others, and his on the mark mimicry of such greats as Humphrey Bogart, Lionel Barrymore and Cary Grant just to name a few.
