Mr. Hendrix Was Born In Chicago, IL.
He Began Singing With "The Five Knights" At The Age Of 15. Later He Brought His Vocal Styling To "The Turbans", "The Turks", And On To The Fabulous "El Capitan's" And Later The Legendary Doo-Wop, Soul, And R&B Group "The Drifters".
He Later Rejoined "The Turks" And The Group Worked As Background Singers For Legendary Sun Studio's And Phillips Recording Studio's In Memphis, Tenn. Working With Such Legends As Charlie Rich, Bill Justice, And Bill Pinkey To Name A Few.
Now Mr. Hendrix Finds Great Pleasure In Sharing Those Great Doo-Wop, Soul, R&B, And Motown Sounds With The Oldies Lovers In And Around Chicago Land And Northwest Indiana.
